The members of the Association are more than 20 000 enterprises, among which are 263 of the 300 largest companies existing in Bulgaria.

The Bulgarian Industrial Association has a well built matrix structure, including more than 100 branches of the employers organizations (32 from which are members of corresponding European branch structures), 26 regional and more than 100 municipal organizations, the Central Co-operative Union, Central Union of Work Cooperation, Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association, Confederation of the Bulgarian Industry, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, universities, scientific and technical unions.
