The “IN-5” annual awards were launched in 2005 on the occasion of the 25th Anniversary since the foundation of BIA. The name of these awards reflects the five basic poles of the economic prosperity – INdustry, INvestments, INnovations, INitiative and INtellect. The categories are also five – for industrial development, for investment activity, for production innovations implemented, for business initiative and for scientific developed products of economic application.
The awards are bestowed in three classes and companies, organizations, scientific teams, media while physical persons are awarded for their contribution to the Bulgarian economy’s development.
